• Does not allow learner-to-learner messaging

• Does not provide open public chat rooms

• Does not allow direct communication between learners and unknown adults

• Does not include social media-style interaction features

The platform is structured for academic learning only.

2. Supervised Access

Where learners are under 18 years of age:

• Access must be authorised by a parent or legal guardian

• Parents are responsible for supervising platform use

• Parents may request access to account information

The platform is intended to supplement formal schooling, not replace parental or teacher guidance.

3. AI Interaction Boundaries

AI tools on the platform:

• Are curriculum-restricted

• Do not provide unrestricted conversation

• Do not simulate emotional dependency

• Do not engage in personal, political, or inappropriate dialogue

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to manipulate or misuse AI tools

• Uploading or submitting harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content

• Attempting to bypass safety filters

• Sharing account credentials

Accounts engaging in misuse may be suspended or terminated.

5. Reporting Concerns

If a parent or user identifies:

• Inappropriate content

• Technical vulnerabilities

• Suspicious activity
