Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of Make School Click.

1. Subscription Services

Make School Click offers structured educational content via subscription.

 

Subscription details, including:

  • Pricing

  • Billing cycle

  • Access duration

  • Auto-renewal terms are disclosed at the point of purchase.

2. Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Protection Act)

In accordance with Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act (South Africa): Consumers may cancel an online transaction within five (5) business days after:

  • The date of purchase, or

  • The date of receiving access to the service, provided that the service has not been substantially utilised.

 

Where digital access has already commenced, a reasonable fee may be deducted for services already provided.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions:

  • Cancellation may occur at any time before the next billing date.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days within an active billing cycle.

  • Access remains available until the end of the paid period.

4. Annual Subscriptions

Where annual plans are offered:

  • Early cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a prorated refund.

  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at Make School Click's discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued where:

  • The user has extensively accessed or downloaded materials.

  • There is dissatisfaction based on academic performance outcomes.

  • Technical issues arise from the user’s device, internet connection, or third-party software.

6. Technical Errors

If a verified billing error or system malfunction occurs, Make School Click will:

  • Investigate the issue

  • Correct the error

  • Issue a refund where appropriate

7. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Requests must include:

  • Full name

  • Account email

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for request

8. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. The most recent version will always appear on the website.
